 Arnotts

The company has used the image of a colourful parrot. Although it's not easy to identify exactly the type of parrot, it is reminiscent of an Australian Rainbow Lorikeet. Most Australians would recognise it as an Australian bird.
The dominant colour used is red. The type is white, contrasting strongly against the red background and outlined in pale blue.
The colour red is often used in food branding as it is believed to make people feel hungry (eg. Mc Donald's, KFC & Red Rooster).
The font has small serifs, although is very bold. It has a traditional look, with an outline and a drop-shadow.
The type takes 80-90% of the logo. The typeface connotes tradition and solid reliability,
which indicates old fashion quality.
